series of guided lessons that show you how to do something. Aimed at begginers who know nothing about the package!
Spell Checker
Spell checker has its own built in dictionary, underlines a word in red - if its not in its dictionary. Gives you the option to change it (gives you a list of suggestions you may have meant) leave it or add it to the dictionary.
Spell Check sometimes makes a mistake with peoples names e.g Jemma, Cretu, Corey McAlpine ....

* Theres really no link, when you copy a document and change the original it doesn't affect any of the copies

* There is a link, when you copy a document and change the original the copy changes with the original!

Types of Access
Sequential and Random/Direct Access
Sequential is slower and you must go through each memory location in turn to get to the one we require - Magnetic Tape
Random/Direct - can skip straight to the memory location you require e.g - CD (Rom, R, RW) DVD(Rom, RW, R)
